I have been going through a headache with another company and preferred came in and saved the day so my husband could have a new windshield by Christmas .From Diane who made sure we would have the. Correct wind shield the. First time she checked on it with dealership very pleasent and diligent . The installer Jonathon they did an amazing job and have such a Great customer service and great service on my car it was raining so it turned out amazing and he. My vehicle was unfortunately broken into overnight and Preferred Auto Glass was about to quickly get me an appointment and replaced my passenger side window all within 3 hours of calling. My original estimate was around $250 and I was amazed that my final price was only half that. The window looks fantastic and the installer was super efficient, kind and tidy. They were even able to come to my workplace to get it done so I didn't miss a day of work. This place is awesome!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but both John and Diane (I think that’s her name) are awesome! Diane is extremely friendly and personable. While John was also very friendly and quick with my windshield chip repair, as well as my window replacement a few weeks later. I was a little nervous about the privacy tint matching, but it was perfect! The prices are reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!
